1. Who we are
bosphorusistanbultours.com is operated by Cityberry Tourism Agency, a travel agency registered in Türkiye and a member of TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), registered licence number 11745. Our registered location is Istanbul, Türkiye.
2. What this site sells
This site is a booking service for Bosphorus cruise and yacht tour products in Istanbul — sightseeing, sunset, dinner, breakfast and private yacht cruises. We are not the boat operators ourselves; tickets sold here are official Istanbul.com inventory resold by Cityberry Tourism Agency as an authorized, TÜRSAB-licensed seller, and each cruise is performed by the named licensed operator of that vessel.
3. Tickets and pricing
Prices shown on this site are final and include all fees and taxes. The price at checkout always equals the advertised price. Prices are shown in EUR and are synchronized with live inventory; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Booking and delivery
After successful payment you receive a booking confirmation and your ticket by email, delivered digitally as a mobile ticket. Present the ticket on your phone at the departure pier — no printing is required. Your ticket is valid only for the product, date and number of guests stated on it. Boarding remains subject to the operator's own rules (safety briefing, boarding times, on-board conduct).
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in the cancellation terms shown for your product at checkout.
6. Liability
We are responsible for delivering a valid ticket for the product you ordered. We are not the vessel operators and are not liable for matters under an operator's control, such as weather cancellations, changed departure times, refusal of boarding for non-compliance with on-board rules, or events of force majeure. Where your departure is cancelled by the operator, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
